Aitch Nichol

Training Worker

My role at SYEDA is focused on the development, delivery and evaluation of training , to raise awareness of eating disorders and improve the way people working in eating disorder services work with their clients.

I’m particularly interested in the links between neurodiversity and eating disorders. I have many years of experience as a training manager, trainer and facilitator. Outside of SYEDA I run a consultancy called Blue Chula, working with charities and community groups, and I am also a trainee Psychotherapist and Shamanic practitioner.

I’m an artistic type,  a rubbish bass player and a bit of a gamer.  I love gardening, and I am in the process of creating my third Japanese garden.
