One of the services that we offer at SYEDA is guided self-help. Service users work one to one with a therapist to work through a series of exercises that help the service user to think about and implement changes. Most people find that it is very useful to have a guide to go through this process with them (you will need to make an appointment to access this support).
However we are sharing some of the exercises here as they could be useful for people who are thinking about or trying to implement changes. Please make an appointment at SYEDA at any stage that you feel that you would like some help with this though.
