Paying for services

We offer individual sessions for counselling, CBT and complementary therapies.  The prices per session are listed below dependent on your income.    We estimate that a 1 hour counselling session will cost £47.40 per session and our fees are stated below.

Syeda has a number of bursary places available from a charitable source, if you are unable to pay for our services, please let us know and we can see if we can help.

Syeda is supported by NHS Sheffield and Sheffield City Council so we are able to offer a subsidised rate to those living in Sheffield.

*POA - Price on Assessment 

The fee you pay will be agreed at assessment, we require you to pay for each session in advance and the first payment will be taken at the agreed rate at assessment with subsequent payments made each time you attend.  Payment can be made either by cheque or cash - please note that we are unable to accept debit or credit cards.

As regular appointments cannot be used for another person, payment is due for each session when the therapist is available.  There is a 100% cancellation fee, if you cancel with less than 24 hours of your appointment and you will be charged the full amount if you do not attend.   

Appointments can be cancelled and re-arranged by telephone on 0114 272 8822 where there is more than 24 hours notice.
