Services we offer include Counselling, CBT, Mentoring and Befriending, Dietetic advice and Complementary therapies such as Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Acupressure, Aromatherapy Massage, Support Groups, Library and Workshops.

We can send you some leaflets on request regarding our services and also have a selection of books available for you to borrow.

Come along to our monthly support group for people with an eating disorder and carers. To be a carer you don’t need to live with the person, you might be a parent, sibling, partner, friend or work colleague. The groups meet on the first Tuesday of each month 7 – 8.30 pm.
- My Body My Self – A group workshop for people with eating disorders which looks at body image and self esteem and you can learn to like yourself more. Groups are led by experienced facilitators and run for 6 sessions.
